This 90 minute dance class in an opportunity to learn to move with grace, fluidity and feminine sensuality. We will be learning choreography that we will be building upon over the the course of the month.

While we will be expressing femininity, people of all gender expressions are welcome and encouraged to participate.

What do I wear?

It's about the outfits. You'll be looking in the mirror for 90 mins so it's important to put on a 'fit that you feel great in that allows you to move, jump, dance, and roll around on the floor. It's good to wear layers to peel off once you're warmed up. **If you love your knees protect them**

Do I need special shoes?

Bring indoor sneakers but feel free to dance barefoot if that’s what you’re comfortable with.

I’m 17 can I take this class?

No. This class is for adults 18 years and older.

I want to do this but I feel self-conscious.

The lights will be turned down low. Stop judging yourself and go for it.
